This is a beautiful Cartier tank wristwatch with a unique navy blue dial! It is in great condition and keeps excellent time.
 
The Swiss movement is caliber 78/1, base caliber ETA 2512-1, and features 17 jewels. The caliber indicates that this vintage wristwatch was made between 1975-1983.

The vermeil case measures approximately 18 x 21mm and features the original blue cabochon crown. It houses the lovely navy blue lacquered dial signed Must de Cartier and Swiss, with the Cartier logo. The petite gold hour and minute hands are sword-shaped. The serial number is engraved on the case back, 3 019280. The dial shows some spidering consistent with age and is really only noticeable closeup under certain lighting.
 
It comes on a light-brown two-piece leather strap with a gold buckle.

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
