Vintage Art Deco vibrant aqua blue rhinestone crystal festoon brooch - a really unusual and lovely piece of jewellery. I more often see riviere necklaces or bracelets with these types of crystals and settings and this crystal colour is also quite hard to find.

The aquamarine colour of these paste stones is very eye-catching and open-backed bezel settings allow the light to stream through enhancing the vibrancy of the colour.

It has lovely sized crystal rhinestones, mostly oval with two pear cut (teardrop) stones, bezel set in open-backed gold tone settings. The settings have lovely decorative repousse textures which can be seen close-up on the reverse of the brooch. The brooch is in very good vintage condition.
