Features: Palace retro Lolita style, graceful, bow-tie, top hat with flowers and feather. The refined fabric makes the hat more firm and shaped. Both small size and adult size available. Small size is more suitable for children, but adults who prefer smaller size can also choose it.  

Kind reminder: The cloth itself is pure white, but since white material is more transparent, so it will slightly reveal the color of the lining. The overall color will look slightly beige and very very light pink. It is not color difference problem, but because white material is really easy to show the under-lining color.
As it's handmade, we don't accept return or exchange once order it. This is fragile, and we will use very thick carton box to pack, so it will be a little heavy.
